Standards-Based Reporting

Standards-Based Reporting (K-3)

Beginning in the 2018-19 school year, students in grades K-3 will receive a Standards-Based Progress Report.

Standards-based reporting is used to communicate how students perform on a set of clearly defined learning standards. The purpose for a standards-based progress report is to identify what a student knows or is able to do in relation to learning standards over the course of the grading period by identifying a student’s mastery level for each standard.

At the end of the trimester, you will receive your child’s progress report (previously called the report card) in an email from MasteryConnect.

You can also access their report card through the parent portal in MasteryConnect.

More information will be sent home near the end of the trimester.
